Shipping Range We currently ship within Australia only, delivering to residential and business addresses across all states and territories. We may expand to additional destinations in the future.

Shipping Costs Free shipping on all orders across Australia — no minimum spend required. The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay. There are no hidden fees.

Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday.
  • Last Order Time: 11:00 PM AEST.
  • Weekend & Public Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Transit Time

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 11 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Business Days: Shipments occur Monday to Friday.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: Please allow up 8 to 14 business days from the date of purchase to receive your order.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions or carrier disruptions.

Shipping Process

  • Tracked Shipping: All orders are shipped with full tracking so you can monitor your order at every stage.
  • Insured Shipments: All shipments are covered against loss or damage during transit. Please contact us at help@gozzia.com in the event of loss or damage.
  • Packaging: Every order is packed to ensure your item arrives in good condition.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and the name of the shipping carrier. You can track your order at any time via our order tracking page or directly through the carrier's website.

Missing Items If any item is missing from your order, contact us at help@gozzia.com within 7 days of receiving your package. We will investigate and resolve the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

Returns

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Personalised items cannot be returned.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered — in which case Gozzia covers all return costs.
  • Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item and issued to the original payment method.

Restocking Fee None. Gozzia does not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Return Delivery Costs

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: No cost to the customer. Gozzia covers all return shipping costs where the product is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrectly delivered.

Change of Mind: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This applies when the customer ordered the wrong product, the item does not meet expectations, or the customer no longer wants the item.

Your Legal Rights Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are always entitled to a remedy for a major failure of a product.
