Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery within Australia typically takes 10 to 20 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders across Australia with no minimum spend required. The price shown at checkout is the final price — no hidden fees.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
Currently we ship within Australia only. We may expand to additional destinations in the future.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order at any time via our order tracking page or directly through the carrier's website.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us at help@gozzia.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be modified or cancelled. You may return the item once it arrives in accordance with our return policy.
What happens if my order never arrives?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at help@gozzia.com. We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. If the order cannot be located, we will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days and we will guide you through the return process. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Email us at help@gozzia.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Gozzia will cover return shipping costs. If you are returning due to a change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
What if my item arrived damaged?
Please photograph the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order and send the images to help@gozzia.com along with your order number. We will review and arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it following our standard return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Are your lamps compatible with Australian power outlets?
Yes. All lamps in our collection are compatible with Australian standard power outlets and comply with Australian electrical standards.
What bulbs are included with the lamps?
Bulb inclusion varies by product. Please refer to the individual product page for full specifications including bulb type, wattage, and whether a bulb is included.
Do your products come with a warranty?
All products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If you experience a defect within this period, contact us at help@gozzia.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Are the product images accurate?
We make every effort to ensure our product images accurately represent the items we sell. Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal and other payment methods available at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions on gozzia.com are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your payment details on our servers.
Will I be charged any additional fees?
No. The price displayed at checkout is the final price. There are no additional duties, taxes, or hidden fees for orders within Australia.
